When Heidelberg this week, I decided to run up to the Heidelberg Castle. The earliest parts of this castle were built before 1214. It is a gorgeous structure even in such disrepair.

Snapshots from Boston, February 17th - 20th.

I finally made it to the JFK Presidential Library.

Yes, that is a piece of the Berlin Wall; I’m so glad you asked.

Paul Revere now travels by silver sedans.

Snapshots from Brussels, February 12th.

Atomium was truly amazing!

It was -15 degrees, so I bundled up and ate delicious escargot.

Snapshots of Amsterdam, February 11th.

Yes, that is a large bobble head of George W. Bush.

Yes, I was standing on the canals.

Snapshots from Dordrecht, February 8th to 10th.

This week takes me from Miami to New York to Indianapolis; from 75 and sunny to 15 and snowy.
This week:
- I had brunch with 3 of the greatest friends- started my last semester of library school- I picked up another cold- attended a fantastic birthday party- relaxed, & watched football
Tonight, I need to:
- pack - fix my fingers and toes

Shakespeare & Company, possibly the greatest bookstore in the world. Writers and poets can come to stay, sleep and work. Books are hidden in nooks and crannies. Beds are placed below bookshelves. Typewriters are scattered throughout. I could move in tomorrow.

Seriously. I love this place. My snapshots do it no justice.

A gorgeous building in Barcelona on a treacherously rainy day.

We went to Portland in January. Said hi, then left. Here’s a video that somewhat captures the experience. It sort of turned into an “art house” film towards the end. It’s like, deep.  Real deep…..

We used AirBnB to book our apartments for the Barcelona/Paris trip. Booking was easy and fast.
I’ll report on the apartments when we get back, but the one in Born, Barcelona looks amazing.

Clothes to pack. T minus 8 days.
Note: These are all likenesses of my clothing. Not the actual pieces. My green dress is much cuter.
